Manage, monitor and install OS Service Packs as required/recommended.
Fully automated patching of standard Microsoft workstation OS security updates and updates for non critical patches (GPK tests patches in house prior to general distribution as part of the GPK approval process).
System scans to ensure that system is up to date with current patch levels.
Workstation Monitoring, Alerting and Management Module
Perform regular scheduled scans for software changes.
Review Workstation logs for any errors and action as required.
Monitor workstations for general system performance (including hard drive space, memory usage and CPU utilization).
Monitor Anti-Viral applications to ensure workstation protection.
Provide corrective maintenance for any monitored items triggering an alert.
Provide proactive maintenance including performance enhancement and best practice security configurations.
Workstation Software Deployment and Updates Module
Centralised administration for the delivery of software updates to supported applications (such as Adobe Reader).
Centralised administration for the delivery of security related updates to supported applications.
Workstation Licensing Compliance Module
Review installed software is covered by a valid licensing agreement for compliance purposes.
Workstation Anti Viral Management Module
Maintain active and up to date Anti Viral Management on the Workstation.
Workstation Management Reports Module
Regular "Executive Summary" reports on general Workstation health.
Provide additional granular reports on request (including inventory or asset management reports, life cycle report, etc).
