Update IOS/Firmware upgrade (if required).
Appliance Monitoring, Alerting and Management Module
Monitor the availability of the device on the Network.
Monitor Hardware health and performance where available (including temperature and fan utilization).
Check device logs for any errors and address as necessary.
Graph device Performance over time for historic review.
Analyse Graphing Data for potential performance bottle neck and make recommendation as required.
Appliance Fault Resolution Module
Service Network Hardware and repair faults as required.
Liaise with Device vendor for hardware fault rectification (if the Device is covered by warranty).

Provide granular reports on request (including inventory or asset management reports, life cycle report, etc).
