The GPK Managed Onsite Services includes the following;
MODULE DETAILS
Services include
Visit client site to check items that cannot be monitored, such as UPS status.
Perform non-urgent corrective maintenance and pro-active maintenance tasks that cannot be completed remotely, such as BIOS/firmware upgrades.
Oversee major service pack releases for servers to ensure no issues occur.
Onsite AMC work as required.
Note, GPK offers Technical Presence for Clients that require onsite technical support on a day to day basis.
